player and games. The spectacular glass topped atrium
floods this area with light. From here you can access
the pool area and outside terraces. At this level, there
is a large bedroom with double bed with single bed above
and another single bed, and also a beautiful bathroom
with walkin shower and jacuzzi bath. The outside
barbecue area has a lovely seating area where you can
enjoy the fantastic views and the ferries crossing over
to Fuerteventura. The main level in the villa has a TV
lounge with DVD player, a master ensuite bedroom with
patio doors to the terrace - both rooms enjoying those
views, - another double bedroom with ensuite shower
room, a guest toilet, and a fully fitted kitchen with
all modern appliances. Most rooms in the villa are
air-conditioned, and there is a telephone entry system.
The private electrically heated swimming pool is covered
with a safety cover which takes 2 adults to remove. It's
not possible for children to pull it on and off and its
not possible for a child to fall into the water if they
fall on it.
With the beach and amenities less than 15 mins walk
away, this very modern contemporary villa provides the
perfect accommodation with views to die for.
